This is an awesome toy for both adults and children - although with the caveat that it cannot stand up to a lot of rough handling. If you do buy this for a child, it should be for an older one who won't put lots of things into his/her mouth, and who has overcome the instinct to destroy anything within reach. For an adult, particularly one who appreciates comics, this is a great item for a desk top or shelf, to be reached for during those boring moments at work when you need a break so you can watch Cap's head bob madly as you imagine him taking down Nazis and evildoers. He is amazingly cute, too. I bought Cap as well as Batman (his head doesn't bob, unfortunately) as well as my favorite, an incredibly cool stormtrooper. This line of toys is the perfect gift for any fan of Cap or other comic book heroes.
