This book is my daughter's caterpillar Bible. It stays on our counter all summer long so she can look up every caterpillar she finds. The pictures are extermely accurate to what the real thing looks like. The information is precise and not overly verbose. We live in Minnesota and every caterpillar we have found has been in this book. It has been left out in the rain severy times and when dried the pages remained intact and the colors are as bright as ever. I'm so glad I bought it for her.
