Just hearing the great Carl Sandburg sing is reason enough to purchase this CD. I admit, I can't decipher the words as well as I could 40 years ago when I first heard this work on vinyl, but I cherish it just the same. Sandburg was a true man of the people, and he had a sense of irony and humor as well. He loved goats too & raised them on farm!
