I am so happy with the ladder bookshelf! It is so well made, beautiful workmanship and was so easy to assemble!Very pleased!Wasn't super easy to put together, and the instructions are lacking. The locking screw for the bottom stabilizer doesn't work, so the bottom piece falls out if I move the shelf around too much.All in all, I wanted a cheap shelf for my bathroom, and that's exactly what I got.Excellent, but with her a couple small dings where there is no finishI guess good for the money... The side framing pieces are actually two pieces and when assembled, it is very obvious.I purchased 2 of these shelves. After successfully assembling one of them, I opened the other box, and half of the hardware was missing. I went onto Amazon to try to contact the manufacturer so they could simply send the correct parts, and there was NO response.Fortunately for me, my husband is extremely handy and after a trip to the hardware store was able to find parts to jimmy-rig the shelf enough so we could assemble it. However, I would not trust this manufacturer.This is an excellent product. It is easy to assemble, sturdy, and looks just as pictured. If I could give the company a sixth star for shipping to Hawaii, I would!Loved the look but not made very well......punched holes not drilled correctly!Product is decent value dollar wise , but assembly instructions very bad - caused confusion - fortunately assembly was not to difficult if approached logicallyNice leaning shelf. Arrived very well protected packaging. Instructions for assembly was a bit hard to follow.A couple minor imperfections but overall happy with this product.
