I used this for my sons cake topper and it was great. Ita a good size and well detailed. So, I was very excited to get this Captain America Diorama character. I must say the hand-painted detail on the figurine just pops and is really stunning. So, total props to the artist who painted this. While I love the detailing, I wasn't overly impressed with the actual plastic the character is made from. It feels soft and perhaps over time not sturdy. I prefer the hard plastic of some of my other action figures. Other than that, this is a great piece for any Captain America fan.This is a great figure for any Captain America or Marvel fan, which my whole family is. This is a beautifully painted figure. It is a nice fun Captain America pose. It would be nice if it was made out of a little sturdier material. But at least if my kids get ahold of it and hit each other it's not too dangerous. Nice bold colors and sturdy, it's not big and it's certainly not fancy. Feels almost like hard rubber, softer than the plastic it is. This Captain America character is about 5 1/2 inches tall and is the perfect addition to my cake. I really like the fact that it is not like most action figures because I did not want areas that will allow the icing to get inside. The material is a soft rubberized plastic that has give, but is not bendable. Probably not suitable for a child's toy, especially if they are use to playing with action figures.
