This is a much needed book for identifying key issues in our country and the path to solving our national problems. I count myself as someone who is up to date on the news and active in standing up for what’s right. However, when it comes to elections outside the presidential election, I definitely don’t have a grasp of what to look for in a candidate. This book has given me the “instructions” I need to make sound decisions on upcoming vital elections. I have to admit, as I was reading, I found myself drawn to eventually run for office. I spent nine years of my life working in D.C. and whenever something not so positive happened, I, like others, chalked it up to the “that’s just how our government works.” Since the 2016 election, the “that’s how our government works” is out the window! I now feel like we all have an active role in the success or the failure of our beloved country. This book reaffirmed this feeling, plus it showed me more about what I can do as an American. I highly recommend this book to everyone who is interested in being a part of the solution, instead of being complacent. The authors explain what I feel are essential to look for in a candidate. Yes, it is based around President Trump’s manner of prioritizing our country. I think everyone would agree we’d like our country to be successful. However, there are people who don’t understand the strategic way Trump is pushing our country’s success. If you didn’t vote for Donald Trump, this gives you a solid learning tool to understand his strategy. It allows everyone to understand not only the strategy but also to understand what needs to be done to Make America Great Again. It’s not just a slogan, it is a path of success that we need to understand and decide for ourselves if we agree with the pillars of the Trump strategy. I highly, highly recommend everyone, no matter what side of the aisle you are on, to make this small investment in your education and read this book! Education is essential and I definitely learned much more than I realized I lacked knowledge of. Read this book
